This company, based in WA, seemed to be the only one in Australia who had the frames I needed when my current glasses broke. I live in Melbourne! I phoned and spoke to Jason who gave me only what has to be described as good, old customer service. After sending him photos of my broken frames and serial numbers etc., he located identical new ones for me and promptly posted them across to Melbourne at a very reasonable price. I had my old lenses inserted into the new frames and they fit perfectly!
